About Rocco Rentals
Rocco Rentals is a luxury event rental company based in Marrakech. We provide furniture, tableware, décor, entertainment and custom-built pieces for weddings and events across Morocco. We work with wedding planners, venues and private clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Commercial & Operations Coordinator to manage our office operations and client communication.
The role :
This is a key position within Rocco Rentals. You will manage the daily office operations while also being present on-site during events when required. You will act as the main link between clients, venues, the warehouse team and management.
Main responsibilities Client Communication & Sales
● Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
● Lead client calls and understand their event needs
● Prepare, update and finalize rental quotations & send contracts
● Suggest additional rental elements to enhance the event design
● Support outreach to venues and industry partners
Event Preparation & Operations
● Create detailed packing lists for each event
● Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
● Book in-house setup and breakdown crew
● Communicate final item lists to the warehouse team
● Attend events to oversee setup and ensure everything is delivered as agreed
● Manage client communication on-site
Who we are looking for
● Highly organized and structured
● Confident communicating with clients
● Proactive and commercially minded
● Able to manage multiple projects at once
● Comfortable being present on-site during events
● Experience in events, hospitality or rentals is a plus
● Fluent in English, French and Darija (Arabic) – this is mandatory
